Tori Spelling’s weight loss actually brought her into the spotlight in 2010 as she had lost more pounds than normal. She now sports a bony profile and attributes stress to her dramatic weight loss. Her health got affected because of the stressful relationship with her estranged mother, Candy Spelling, and also because of the liquid diet.

It has been witnessed that many people are resorting to liquid diets in order to shed extra pounds at a very steady pace. The main motive now is to gain svelte profile. Thus, unhealthy measures are also tested these days so that one can gain the envy of others just like Tori Spelling. A typical lunch on this meal plan features unlimited green vegetables with fat-free dressing and a low-fat chicken quesadilla. Dinner might be a buffalo chicken wrap and assorted veggies.

Tori ditched the diet delivery service after the birth of her second child, Stella. Instead, she focused on cooking wholesome, organic meals with her family. A typical breakfast for Tori Spelling was yogurt paired with fruit and nuts. She often made homemade soup for lunch, typically using a soy milk or sweet potato base.
Tori ate celery spread with peanut butter for a mid-afternoon snack with her kids. For dinner, she’d make a lean protein like chicken or fish, paired with plenty of assorted vegetables. This is a pretty healthy diet, but it could use some more complex carbs. We recommend oatmeal for breakfast or quinoa with dinner.

Rather than locking herself away in a gym for hours on end, Tori Spelling got her family interested in activities they could do together, like go for a walk or take a bike ride. When she does work out in a gym, Tori Spelling does yoga and some light weight lifting. She’s also been known to go for long jogs and kickboxing sessions with her husband.

According to USA Today, Spelling blamed swine flu, stomach pain, migraines and nerve problems for her weight loss. She revealed she had to take three rounds of antibiotics that caused severe stomach pain. "I've never had a great stomach, but (being ill) just completely tore up my stomach and broke down my immune system, and I've basically just been a mess ever since, stomach-wise," Tori quoted as saying. "It's about rebuilding my immune system."

It has to be added that tabloid rumors got so wild in 2010 that it prompted Tori Spelling to declare last fall on Twitter that she weighs 107 lbs.

"I'm a role model for a lot of women out there, so I hate that they say these things unwarranted, without any research and facts," Tori told. "I think it's doing a disservice to women out there that look up to any celebrity."

Tori Spelling Inheritance

Tori Spelling claimed that she got just $800,000 from her father’s 1/2 billion estate and that a lot of it went to pay off debt she had amassed. She even held a yard sale in late 2006 to make some money. She then tried to make it look like she used her inheritance to purchase the inn that was featured on her reality show: "Tori and Dean: Inn Love," but actually that inn was rented. Tori’s estranged mother Candy Spelling is claimed in  her book that Tori got a lot more than just $800,000 in inheritance and that Tori was wealthy and set for life after making millions on her father’s TV shows.

According to "The National Enquirer", print edition, April 13, 2008: "Expect more fireworks in Tori Spelling’s ongoing feud with her mom Candy – after Candy accused her daughter of flat-out lying about her inheritance!The shocking claim comes in Candy’s new book "Stories from Candyland," and The Enquirer has an exclusive sneak peek of the blockbuster memoir. The nasty mother-daughter feud heated up after legendary Hollywood TV producer Aaron Spelling died in 2006. His $500 million estate was due to be divided between Tori, her brother Randy and their mom, his second wife Candy. Tori said she expected to inherit a sizable portion of the estate, but she claimed Candy, who was the executor, approved an inheritance of just $800,000. But in Candy’s new book, she pretty much calls Tori a liar, saying Tori had been left much, much more money, although she doesn’t give a specific amount," a publishing insider revealed.

"In addition, Candy says Tori was already "stinking rich" and had made millions starring in her father’s show "Beverly Hills, 90210." the insider quoted as saying.

It has been said that Tori hadn't even visited her dad in the last few months before he passed away and to not have attended his burial.

It has to be noted that Tori Spelling's brother, Randy Spelling, spoke out against reports according to which his sister was stiffed in her inheritance after a rift with their mother.

Instead, Randy claims that the amount Tori received from her mogul father's deathwas not only  what she should have been expecting, but the exact same amount he himself received.

"It's not like my dad would give me one thing and Tori another," Randy stated, adding that the amount of both of their inheritances "was set up for years and years and years. So, nothing was changed. Nothing was changed in the will."

The clarification came several month after rumors swirled that mother Candy Spelling took it upon herself to redress the distribution of her children's inheritance in the wake of husband Aaron's death after her estrangement from Tori grew increasingly bitter.

To conclude, Tori Spelling's mother Candy was the estate executor, but she and Tori were estranged. Tori and Randy Spelling inherited just $800,000, although Randy was not estranged. It was reported that Candy established a $10 million trust fund for Liam.

Madonna: What She Said In The Middle Of The MDNA Show About World Peace

Madonna's show  in Tel Aviv was not only the kick off of her new  World Tour MDNA, but also a chance for a call for peace from the Ramat Gan stadium stage.

Here is what Madonna told the 33,000 audience in the middle of her show:

"I chose to start my world tour in Israel for a very specific and important reason. As you know, the Middle East and all the conflict that occurs here and have been occurring for thousands of years, they have to stop. You can't be a fan of mine and not want peace in the world."

"So start today, every single one of you, if there is peace here in the Middle East, there can be peace in the whole world" Madonna quoted as saying.

It has to be noted that the day before the show Madonna met with members of the Palestinian-Israeli Peace NGO Forum and invited 600 of them to her concert.

"We spoke to her for a few minutes and we asked if she would say anything about peace," Yariv Oppenheimer of Peace Now, a member of the forum, told the AFP.

"She told us: "I will say much more than a word about it.""

During the concert Madonna paid tribute to those who seek to help ending the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and claimed:

"There are some very important NGOs which are representing both Palestine and Israel over here. It's easy to say: "I want peace in the world," but it's another thing to do it. If we can all rise above our egos and our titles and the names of our countries and our religions - and treat everyone around us with dignity and respect, then we are on the road to peace. No conflict can ever be resolved by causing pain to another human being" Madonna stated.

Stargate SG-1--"Lost City, Part II"

“Lost City, Part II” serves as the seventh season finale. It is the largest finale we have seen in Stargate SG-1 thus far. For me, it has capped off a rise in quality for a season that seemed rather small up until the last half dozen or so episodes. There is a lot to like here, from poignant character moments to slam bang action full of fantatic CGI work.

As Jack further loses himself to the Ancient knowledge taking over his mind, he inadvertently offers up the stargate address of the Lost City location in the crossword puzzle Sam bet him he could not finish. Teal’c and Bra’tac borrow a ship under the condition the owner be allowed to come along and they head off to the planet as president Henry Hayes braces for an attack from Anubis’ assembled fleet.

What stands out is how the SG-1 team is not really the center of the action until the final act, yet “Lost City, Part II” is riveting anyway. Minor characters step to the challenge. I think watching William Devane play the cowboy President Hayes taunting the Anubis hologram in the Oval Office will wind up one of my favorite scenes of the series, if not the favorite. Maybe it is the absurdity of the moment that hooks me. Elizabeth weir finally grows a backbone and realizes there are enemies at the literal gate. That is the Weir with whom I am familiar I hope Torri Higginson assumes the role immediately. Hammond goes out as a regular character with a bang as the captain of the Prometheus ready to ram Anubis’ ship in a last ditch effort to save Earth. If there is any steady complaint I have about this show, it is that Hammond is underutilized as an proactive character.

While secondary characters take center stage, the SG-1 team is no slouch. There are some really good character moments between them, like Daniel expressing regret he did not download the Ancient knowledge into his brain, Jack flippantly resigning from the Air force so Sam can say she loves him, and a further gone Jack silently expressing his camaraderie for Teal’c were all great. They came in the midst of classic Stargate SG-1 adventure of exploring an exotic planet for alien technology to save Earth.

My favorite running bit is Jack’s demeanor as he further loses himself. It is funny that in a season in which we have seen less and less of him, it is the diminishing Jack that is interesting here. He goes about much of the episode knowing exactly what to do in every situation, but not undrstanding any of it. It has a nifty MacGyver vibe, actually, as he jerry rigs a way to make the ship go faster, takes the power generator from the planet’s Ancient device to use on the real device buried under the ice of Antarctica, and uses it to destroy Anubis’ fleet with a nifty energy weapon. Wholigans will no doubt compare the scenario to Rose Tyler’s destruction of the Dalek fleet in the first series finale of the revived Doctor Who. jack has her beat by over a year, so take that, Ms. Tyler.

Speaking of the destruction of Anubis’ fleet, it is one of many great CGI sequences. The most impressive is the battle between the US Air Force and Anubis fighters over Antarctica. The battle is done just right with a couple shots of armadas firing at each other to get a sense of the intensity rather than the George Lucas tendency to fill every inch of the screen with too much kinetic energy going on far too long. Oftentimes, less truly is more. The set design of the Ancient devices and the brief battle with Kull Warriors to buy Jack time to do his thing were impressive, too.

If there is any disappointing aspect, it is that certain scenes teleraph they were rewritten because of an impending eighth season. Bra’tac is mortally wounded in a fight with the ship’s owner when he turns out to be loyal to Anubis. Jack suddenly has healing powers to restore him to full health. As there is virtually no reason for Bra’tac to be in the rest of the episode, it is clear he was supposed to die. Jack’s healing him is awfully contrived. The overall confrontation with Anubis comes across as subdued because Earth’s population must remain unaware of the existence of aliens. Ergo, Anubis does not attack New York and London as you would expect in an epic adventure, but concentrates on Antarctica where no one will ever know there was a battle between humans and aliens it is kind of cheap, as is Anubis destroying an entire naval carrier fleet off screen. .Seeing that would have emphasized theutter destruction Earth faces. The biggie is, of course, Jack surely would have died a hero rather than be placed in stasis for a cliffhanger instead. But, hey--we get more Stargate SG-1 because of these changes, so who is complaining?

A couple of trivia points to mention. The real Air Force Gen. John J. Jumper srs as himself in the episode. He gets several lines of dialogue and also reacts when the Anubis hologram shows up in the Oval Office. Jumper is clearly not a trained actor, but he does not detract from the scenes at all. He looks like he is having a good time taking the battle to the aliens. The military does love this show, do they not? The other point is a bit of retroactive continuity--Lt. Col. Cam Mitchell, who joins the SG-1 team in the ninth and tenth seasons, lead the Air Force armada against Anubis’ forces in Antarctica, although that is not established unil the ninth season.

“Lost City, Part II" deserves high praise all around. The script is tight, the characters spot on, the ction is exciting, and the cliffhanger, which let us face it, is Han Solo frozen in carbonite with a heartbroken Sam standing in for Princess Leia vowing to free Jack, compels one to come back for more every bit as much as we waite impatiently for Return of the JedI all those years ago.

Jerry Goldstein Illegally Lives In Mansion !

Jerry Goldstein refuses to get out of his house even though it was foreclosed on and sold at public auction, so the new owners want him out...

Music producer Jerry Goldstein,whose other huge hit was "I Want Candy", just had his colossal 8,000 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion auctioned off for $7.6 million ... but things didn't go so smoothly for the buyers.

According to new legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Goldstein hasn't moved.

So the new owners filed an eviction lawsuit.  They also want him to pay $666.66 for each day that continues to live there. 

Inexcusable!

Michael Lohan On Dina Lohan: " I Feel Bad For Her Next Victim!"

Dina Lohan is the last person on the planet qualified to mentor young actors on a new reality show according to ex-husband Michael Lohan, who insists Dina wreaked irreparable havoc on her own children including Lindsay.

It has to be noted that Dina is set to star in two upcoming reality shows. To be more exact, the one is about celebrity ex-wives called "Hollywood Exes" and the other is called "DramaMamas," in which she mentors young Broadway wannabes.

Michael Lohan reveals: "Dina destroyed our kids by lying to them and alienating them ... I feel bad for her next victim!"

Michael stated:  "Lindsay is the talented one. She did it on her own ... Ali is doing it on her own too ... her beauty ... Dina did nothing."

The sad thing is that this family is always at war.

I wonder when they make peace...As for Michael Lohan  whenever he talks about his family, he focuses always on the negative things. Not too supportive and always critical!
