The list of Sci Fi Girls is not exactly over laden with Oscar winners or David Bowie costars. Jennifer Connelly is both. Personally, I consider the former trait far more interesting than the latter. It is also important that Connelly is one of the most beautiful women in the world.
Good news, geeks--Connelly routinely appears in science fiction and thrillers, attended Stanford, and has a penchant for mathematics--an interest that drew her to A Beautiful Mind--and computers.
